Yes. Reframe Counseling Studio provides therapy for adults, teens, couples, and families in Las Vegas, Nevada. We offer both in-person and online therapy for clients throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, and the greater Clark County area, as well as telehealth options for Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Elko, and greater Nevada.
What issues do you help with in therapy?
We work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, stress, and emotional overwhelm. We also provide support for substance use concerns, late diagnosed neurodivergent individuals, and those seeking faith-based counseling or experiencing faith-based trauma.
Do you offer online therapy in Nevada?
Yes. We offer secure telehealth therapy for clients anywhere in Nevada. Online therapy provides the same level of care and confidentiality as in-person sessions and allows for greater flexibility and convenience.
How do I get started?

Do You Take Insurance?
We are not currently accepting insurance at this time. We are self-pay only and can accept credit/debit, cash, Zelle, Venmo and most other payment methods.
How much do sessions cost?
Current rates are $100 for individual sessions, and $150 for couples or family sessions. We do offer sliding scale options for those who may need it.
How do I know if I need therapy?
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or not like yourself lately, therapy can help. Many people seek therapy when stress, anxiety, relationship problems, or past experiences start interfering with daily life. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable. Do you offer substance use counseling?
Yes. We provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support for individuals struggling with substance use concerns and families of those looking for support. Therapy can help you better understand patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward lasting change.
Do you offer Christian counseling in Las Vegas?
Yes. We provide faith-based Christian counseling for clients who want to integrate their Christian beliefs into therapy. This can include addressing emotional, relational, and life challenges through both evidence-based therapy and a Christian worldview when requested.

Yes. We offer LDS-informed counseling for individuals and families who would like their faith and values respected and incorporated into the therapy process in a supportive, clinically sound way.
